How many of you frequently feel black-pilled? There's no hope for liberty, we're all going to be crushed under a massive wave of totalitarianism. Ted Kaczynski was right, the end is nigh, etc.?
DOOOMED!
I feel your pain.
What we saw during the last year was shocking, depressing, and upending. People are far more willing to put up with tyranny and engage in fascist/communist behaviour than I thought. But there are a few places that staved off the worst of the dystopian nightmare because they had leaders and culture that resolutely rejected authoritarianism.
Certain state and local governments didn't have lockdowns. A handful of places in California defied Gavin Newsom's orders and mostly continued with business as usual. Local government played a key role is rejecting the hysterical power trip of tyrannical fascist governors by nullifying state emergency declarations. We need to train more people to go into local government so they can hold the line against Newsom, Whitmer, Cuomo, and the countless other psychopaths who want to lock us up perpetually.
The California LPMC is excited to announce a series of campaign trainings hosted by Nathan Fatal of the Leadership Institute. Our first training will take place online July 19th and focus on text banking strategies, technologies, and the tech aspect of campaign management. Our next class in September will be in-person and more comprehensive. We'll have classes every other month for the next year.
This, coupled with our series on legislative drafting, will make the LPMC (and the LP) a premiere source for candidate and campaign support.
